Welcome to our new Senior Tax Manager

We are pleased to announce that Edward Hayes has joined our firm as our new Senior Tax Manager. Ed is a CPA and has received a Masters in Taxation degree from DePaul University.

Ed comes to us with over thirty years of tax and accounting experience, including ten years where he was an agent with the Internal Revenue Service.  Ed has worked extensively with individuals and businesses of all sizes, helping them with complex tax matters, tax planning and compliance, as well as providing CFO advisory services to close-held, family owned businesses.

Ed also has extensive experience in the areas of tax controversy and tax matters resolution at both the federal and state levels.  He has also been called upon as an Expert Witness on Federal Criminal and Civil Tax proceedings.
